Our first dance block for January for "GIVE  IT A GO" and "MEDAL" classes. It  is a concise three-week month term—the perfect way to shake off the cobwebs and find your rhythm for the year ahead. We look forward to seeing you back on or to the floor!

The One Ballroom: Super Course Series — Waltz

We are excited to announce our first Super Course of 2026, held at our 

Cook

location. This intensive is totally dedicated to the Waltz, featuring three consecutive Sundays of one-hour lessons. 

To round out the experience, the final session includes a one-hour social dance at no extra cost—the perfect opportunity to trial your new moves in a relaxed, supportive environment!

When: Three consecutive Sundays
Where: The One Ballroom, Cook
Included: 3 x 1-hour lessons + 1-hour Social Dance

Our first full 4-week term for 2026 begins this February! This block is available for our "GIVE IT A GO ," "INTERMEDIATE," and "MEDAL" classes.

Rescheduled 2025 Medal Day & After Party

Thank you for all your patience and understanding regarding the new date for our 2025 Medal examinations.

Event Schedule:

• Doors Open: 1:30 pm

• Examinations Commencing: 2:00 pm

• Event Concludes: By 5:30 pm

• Followed by: The After Party, of course!

Please note: All are welcome to come and spectate and cheer the dancers on. There is a small door charge of $10 for non-participants. Children under 12 are free. This charge helps to cover the cost of the hall and additional expenses.
